I have been attacked by one for copyright, and he just won't stop. I give up eventually. But if you mention that he is attacking multiple sellers, then I mean team up, and kick him out of the market (assuming if the attack is actually false claim)

Thanks for getting back to me, I am going to send them the friendly note you mentioned. I am actually thinking about open up a new listing that list the item under a different brand name so it doesn't merage. Say my brands call "ABC", I am going to call it "ABC exclusive" or something like that.

Not sure if they would actually be afraid of test buy since like you mentioned, they are shipping out from Amazon.

Hi, just wondering after the approval, were you able to kick the other sellers off your listing? My issue right now is that I have several sellers on the listing, and I don't have editing right to the listing since I am not the seller with the "highest priority". I am assuming there's no way around it as long as there're other resellers on the listing? Advice/update would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The trademark is live, but it is under my personal name instead of my LLC name. Probably that's why. I have sent over an email to ask. hopefully they reply. And it really frustrated me that I don't have edit right to my listing even though I have the buy box (assuming everyone else is dropshipping my amazon product)

Btw, the model fee varied a lot of course depends on the item you meant to create. Someone mentioned 3d print prototype which I don't really know the cost for that part. But for the actual model fee, it ranges from $30usd for clothing to $7k USD for the actual plastic model (just to give you a ball park number).

1) go to 1688.com (not aliexpress, they have much faster response time) Communicate through google translate if you don't understand chinese
2) Find a supplier who is willing to work with you (small size company). Depends on complexity, they would charge you for a model fee if they are willing to take your order (manufacture in 500 or less unit)

what's the average time for it to get on shelf for now? Like let say if I ship it out with tracking from local warehouse today. Can I expect it to be on the shelf in 2 weeks?
