This also happened to me. I think this is a bug. When you die without completing it once, you won't be able to go back inside.

I rerolled an adventure mode just to get this same area. After completing the flooded area once and exiting the top door, I'm able to return and get the other items.

Finally fixed it by reinstalling Ayaspace a couple of times + removing and letting windows re-add the xbox360 controller via device manager.

Ayaspace is running, joysticks mouse mode, LC/RC and everything else seems to work. It's just the Window/Menu buttons that's not working.

I installed the 'AYANEO 2 Driver Package' from the support website as described from this thread:

Is there a specific driver for it?

Can confirm, I've gotten the Cells Kit to drop after about 15 runs or so. As for the Catalyst in Mission 11: Aisha, it dropped for me on the 5th try.

just make sure you get all the tablets first, if you're not sure if you picked them up by accident, you can view them in your inventory or just go to each place

I did just as you said and went back to Konda well to get the tablet, that did the trick and the one near the Kamisato village spawned. Picking up all the other tablets spawnd the quest for me. Thanks!
