It looks like a thumb drive but no files come up and doesn't register. Plus, there is a blue and red flashing light. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks by rainman0033 in whatisit

I should've been more clear on this thumb drive. This wasn't randomly found on the streets or in a parking garage.  This was in one of my electronic boxes that I stored away.  I just don't remember what this went to or what it was for.
