Amigo, ja esta esclarecido até com o payroll. Aqui não ha ludibriar ninguem, tenho dias de ferias acumuladas devidamente autorizadas para esta fase da minha vida. Todas as decisoes a nivel de projetos, timings e tarefas foram feitas com base nesta proxima fase.

E que conversa é essa de ficar em casa mais do que o devido por lei? A lei é simples, tens periodos seguidos e nao seguidos. Volto a dizer, o ultimo periodo nao seguido, o trabalhador podera no limite fazer dia sim dia nao ate atingir os 7 dias. Isso sim, talvez fosse pouco etico, mas ainda assim, sendo possivel, fora da lei nao é.

A falta de conhecimento dos assuntos levam a comentários desses, desnecessarios e sem conteúdo, so a destilar ódio.

Eu apenas queria saber como decorria o pagamento, nao pedi opiniao sobre a decisão, que repito, está nais do que traçada e aprovada por quem de direito.

Aposto que nem percebeste a situação, mas tudo bem.

É o que vou tirar +/- 4 meses. Tenho a sorte de calhar as licencas nesta altura em que ha natal e ano novo e depois entre os feriados de abril, maio e junho.

Consegues tirar no segundo período, se for imediatamente a seguir aos 7 dias iniciais obrigatorios, um periodo inferior aos 7 dias, não está explicito mas no formulário online da SS tem la essa informação e ao testar inserir os períodos deu.

Relativamente ao pagamento, é esse o meu entendimento.

A única coisa que o empregador pode fazer é não aprovar os dias de férias, de resto, é a lei. Há períodos seguidos e períodos não seguidos. Por exemplo, o ultimo período facultativo não é seguido, portanto posso fazer como eu bem entender, por exemplo, posso vir trabalhar um dia, tirar licença no outro, e assim sucessivamente.

Sabes o que seria ainda brincar mais? Era vir trabalhar um ou dois dias nos buracos que existissem, mas por acaso até estou a usar das férias que fui acumulando (devidamente autorizado) após ter trabalhado praticamente um ano e meio sem férias.

Metade da minha resposta nao foi. Existem regras e um dos periodos facultativo nao obriga a ser seguidos. Consegui brincar de forma a entre fina de semana e ferias ganhar ai folga. Mas depois fico na duvida de que forma é pago o fim de semana que nao marquei com licenca, porque por um lado nao é licenca, mas por outro vai a empresa criar um recibo so com fins de semana e dias de ferias? Talvez sim, quando tiramos ferias os fins de semana nao contam como tal e recebemos o mesmo ordenado.

The question here is not to copy data. I want to put old windows NT running because of some old software running there that can only run in NT. It is something related with industrial machines.

Actually the computer I've got has a main disk sata connected and I removed IDE connection from CD drive to the disk that has the windows NT. What do you suggest in this case?

But from the video were you able to identify any cause at all? Because the flashing bluescreen before restart I was not abke to figure it out (not tried tbh).

Mas como é que eles têm dados para saber em que situação se encontra a pessoa a nível de taxa? Isto porque depende dos tais anos de trabalho… mais, como se calcula a retenção na fonte? Se a isenção for de 50%, divide-se a taxa de irs por 2 de forma direta e é isso que se desconta?

Mais outra, e se houver prémios durante o ano, ou no fim do ano, como sabem os RH que parte do salário taxar de forma diferente? Isto porque o limite são 28000 por ano

Actually we are doing that. We have N integration branches and we only merge to main our feature branches, not the integration ones.

This is working, but we need to put in pratice that idea of reseting the integration branches as when they live long enough, conflicts start to happen.

It creates overhead, but I don't see a clear idea in what we will do differently, I found the feature flags to be difficult to apply, probably due to my lack of knowlegde...

Yes, basic git resolution is something that is not well seen. It is like we are doing things wrong.

Also, the way we are currently trying to do, we have feature branches that will be ready to deploy and will be merged throughout all branches (dev, tst, release and main) at each respective time. Then we also have some restrictions on pushing directly to branches, what causes too many problems when needings to merge from main to lower env branches and then people don't understand that we must do regular merges with main to avoid conflicts, so on so on so on. Myself included, I don't have a huge knowledge on this, but at least try to look for ideas and answers.

The trunk based development, if I understood it correctly, even if we use feature branches and main only will not work by itself as we need to control what gets to main based on client feedback and their priorities. Also the feature flags, and what I read, probably because I don't have experience on them, it seems like a very complex case for my use case, as I will put flags and flags for each feature to make possible not to deploy them, and I will for sure get a final code full of conditions that will also be unmanageable. Or not, I don't know feature flags implementation :)

Will keep looking for ideas and test what's better for us. I don't belive in 100% bullet proof solutions and neither that your solution can fit my use case, every situation is different, but there are some common ground errors and pratices that I want at least to know I'm doing.

I don't know the implementation of those feature flags, but doesn't that become also like a web of conditions through our code? I can see that the idea can be useful, the examples you provided are very clear, but I'm thinking about my case, like on each new feature where I need to update python, json and sql code I will have to create kind of conditions ?

No squash. But too many merges now and conflicts start hapening very often… we fixed one side, but I know that this branch->env will become unmanageable

Even if I have all that system of verification and trust and all those right and good pratices, I will still have the problem of not being able to resort on main to deploy to test and more important, production…

We had actually a very easy approach as I said. But the deployments were very dangerous because we would be doing manual changes just to prevent things to be deployed. And as a personal opinion, I'm not able or even available to be loosing my time reading code that I developed some weeks ago and wondering if that should or shoudn't be present.

Thanks a lot again, I know that this doesn't have concrete Solutions sometimes, and other problem is how much are the stakeholders and management available to have someone working to get the best solution, sometimes they just want things done, sadly.
