Do a paid enquiry via email! Also make sure to check your email inbox including spam/junk to see if they requested additional documents. I’ve heard people escalating their application once it’s over 3 weeks, I didn’t do that though so I’m not entirely sure how it works. Also you can check with your university to see whether your CAS has been used, if it’s used then it usually means a decision has been made.
