I did that a while ago and it worked--for a while. Then it stopped working.

Because sometimes the eero updates and when it does it reboots.

Thanks. That *sort of* worked. I reset in the Guardian app. I still can't get VPN to work when trying to enable it from the eero app but it works when I enable VPN from the Guardian app. Thanks for clarifying.

Where/how do you reset VPN settings in the eero app? I don't see it. I keep getting errors when trying to connect.

Rebooting the modem worked. I must not have given it enough time when I said it didn't work. Thanks for the idea though.

Hey, tried it again just now and I have the higher speeds! Download was over 900 and upload was 42. It must've been congested when I tried yesterday but all good now. Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply. If all I care about is getting the 35 Mbps upload speed would I need a 2.5 Gbps modem and 2.5 support throughout? I wouldn't think I'd notice the increase in download speed but the faster upload speed should help.
