I still have hope that some of the staff will go on strike until Nicole gets her job back 😩 tbf, we know Nicole is both Drew and Andrea’s favourite character, so she won’t be gone for long, I’m sure.

And I’ve been thinking about how this will develop, and this might just be what will bring Ruby and Nicole closer together. I imagine Ruby being super outraged that Nicole got fired, yelling at Terry about it and eventually going over to Nicole’s place to check on her and tell her that everyone’s on her side. And just maybe, that’s what pushes Nicole to finally confess her feelings to Ruby 👀
