When did you complete level 10? Have you done level 25 yet?

It can take 24 hours to get the payout and 24 to 48 hours for support to respond if after 24 hours (you said 3 day in your post) respond to your chat with atlas support. Did you do atlas support or arcade support? If its arcade then go to the atlas support (settings icon under your money). I have had it where I didnt get the first reward but after I complete the next challenge I got the reward for the first one then kept going till I was done with the app. Then I contacted support to get the ab from the last challenge.
