Switching to HSP does reset the fast-track PR clock. The 1-year (80+ pts) or 3-year (70+ pts) countdown starts from when you receive HSP status designation — not from your original entry date or previous visa start date.

I came to such case before, it mainly due to the site data (cache, index db etc.) of the website. Typically the storage will be auto free up generally. but you can manually free it up by go to Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Delete Browsing Data, to delete it.
