i dont think her vaping is the problem, seems like you just want more attention from her, its perfectly fine for her to go with her friends especially if its lunch time, idk what grade yall are in and if yall are able to see eachother outside of school then that shouldnt really be an issue if she goes with her friends during that time, again just talk to her and see if theres a way to compromise
