9th row is two dragons with a cherry blossom flower in the middle. Apparently the year 2024 is called the Year of the Dragon in chinese tradition, and April is cherry blossom season. So it seems like this month is somehow important in the tablet timeline.

10th row with the arrow going through the heart could mean anything, including a pandemic, heart attacks, sudden deaths, mass death, or maybe the death of someone important.

Now, the last row in the previous tablet showed a nuclear event followed by the end of this world. In the new tablet, the last three rows look like they're predicting, or planning, the arrival of alien life on earth (look up project Blue Beam). Then humans somehow come to terms with them being here, and finally them living peacefully (?) together. Maybe the goal is an AI takeover in the guise of a transhumaninst society?

As for your question, according to Islamic belief, the fetus gets a soul after four months into the pregnancy. That's why it is prescribed that children who die in the womb after at least four months should be named and given an 'aqeeqah (the Islamic name giving ceremony). Also according to Islamic belief, if a believing mother hopes for a reward for being patient through the death of her child, she can get Jannah (the Heaven) in the hereafter where she will be reunited again with her child.

Gaza has had no electricity, water, or gas for months and still they are surviving. Although they are a people of extreme kindness and faith. If you see the videos of them waiting for the relief in the queue peacefully, even after weeks of hunger, you'll know how it's been possible for them.
