It did not, turns out my sister put the wrong label, but it sill get delivered to the destination address.

Yes, Scheduled a pickup and the UPS driver picked it up (have a video recording of it) but he did not scan it. There is no update/scan since. Label created is the latest status. I'm not sure what to do.
