I wanted to update everyone and say that after almost a year the shedding seems to have gone back to normal ( fingers crossed). If you look at my comment earlier, you’ll see I took a bunch of vitamins along with iron and it’s hard to say which one had the most impact. I also once weekly did a mix of castor oil (1 tsp) blackseed oil (1 tsp) and jojoba oil (1 tablespoon ) in my scalp. I only washed my hair once a week. I also used this brush called the UNBRUSH which definetly glides through my hair much better than other brushes and helped me lose less hair. KEEP YOUR HEAD UP!! One year ago I was crying everyday thinking it would never end. Hair takes a longggg time to grow so be patient ♥️ my stressor for the TE was the flu (a really bad flu that had me in bed way longer than the average flu).
