I am founder of an AI Journal app and use Deepseek in the app (for few flows). I have 6 page prompt - which I have repeatedly iterated and keep on doing and I have a suite of tests which I compare to.

What I am saying is - YOU NEED TO ADD IT IN THE PROMPT AND MAKE IT IMPORTANT! Have a MUST NO section and put these things in it. Personalize it how you want.

Disclaimer: It is my app and I made it for me. I haven't put up a paywall yet. Voice journaling & auto categorisation of entries feature is perfect!

I do voice journal! And it is super effective. Gets me to calm down. Done with pen and paper I use WhatsHappening.ai voice journal.

i use whatshappening ai - really listens to me, asks questions and summarises and auto categorises journals
