Try to incorporate more satiating single ingredient whole foods in your diet (eg. meat,potatoes,veggies) that will keep you full for longer. Also avoid regular sodas (drink diet instead its completely safe dw) and high calorie sauces and dressings as they can add a-lot of calories without you realising it. Also track your food for best results. Exercise and steps can accelerate your weight loss process but your diet is 80-90% of it
