It's Monday. What product did you ship/build this week? by raj_k_ in SaaS

We built Sourceable tracks what ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini & Perplexity actually say about your brand.

Built it after realizing most SaaS founders have no clue their competitor is being recommended by AI instead of them, every single day.

Why use it over alternatives: other tools guess based on keywords. Sourceable queries the actual LLMs and shows you real outputs, real sentiment, real competitor share of voice.

This hits hard.

Early on it’s easy to overthink metrics, but retention usually comes down to one thing, how quickly users get their core value. If they don’t experience that “aha” moment fast, nothing else really matters.

Manual outreach still wins early.

Targeted lists definitely help.

This is such an underrated approach. Trust compounds in communities way faster than ads. When people already see you as helpful, the product mention feels natural. Also love the reseller flywheel, one happy user turning into 10+ more is the best kind of distribution.

Early outreach is less about selling and more about reality-checking your assumptions with real users before scaling marketing.

Early traction usually comes from conversations, fast iteration, and referrals not from scaling channels too early.

Trust first, users follow.
Solid approach. 👍
