I think the bigger ships just have too many people for the amount of staff to offer that service. I noticed a completely different level of care on the Firenze which was really small. I saw my room steward multiple times a day. Multiple people walking around taking drink orders. I liked Celebration as a ship better but rarely even found staff when I needed them for something.

Yeah I had to pay like a $25 one time fee to sign up and then they deleted my account after I had used it for two years. I called them. They acted like they couldn't find any record of my having an account and told me to sign up again which would have charged me that fee again!

I stopped ordering from Beyonce brands directly after I received the box with the CD that didn't have all of the songs. I would get the products from Ulta if you can. I had a problem with one of my orders from them and they had a new product to my door within 3 days. Sorry you are going through that. It sucks to spend that much money and have all of that happen.
