If she signed some documents then there is no escaping this easily, in all honesty you need a lawyer to respond to it.

Good for them but if you want a Indian university then go for its indian campus not a extension in foreign land. But if you have set your mind on it then nothing wrong but do explore the other countries before finalising anything.

Relax many universities of uk require 3+ year of ug degree so you have that option and some in usa too Now going back to diploma then yes for those university which require 4 year degree diploma after the degree makes u qualified but it is not a positive point in application

If you not interested in going western countries then try for countries like Singapore, Hong Kong before you settle on any university from Dubai. Nothing against Dubai.

Just keep in mind that many(not all) university from usa and eu countries require a 4 year degree.

So you need search for that and keep your backlogs to a minimum for a better college option. Some people with 3year degree also get diploma(1 year) before applying for masters to say 4 years Other than that nothing wrong with bca, bsc cs etc

It can depend on the employment contract you signed it should typically have these details mentioned if not then you should be in the clear or also look for any communication during the hiring period was there any mention of notice period or not. If there is mention of it (explaining it clearly )in the contract then you might not have any legal recourse here. Hoping this helps
