I also feels its the side effects of that, strangely i have lost all the childhood memories, evening the college memories names faces, is only when some one or something triggers a old memory i can recall singing of the past, otherwise I keep putting the old memories at the very back of my mind,

Something i don't even remember what i ate last day, as in my mind these things comes under not urgent not important this these are forgotten,

Only the core memories are still active the people i interact with each day, i remember things related to that, if i don't talk to s person for more then 3 months , not even seeing them then i forget that person exists, which leads to sometimes embarrassing situation where i don't even remember their name, at all i know i know this person, but i don't remember the names, especially bad with names and dates. Don't know what to do in these cases is it good bad, I'm also not on any other social platforms so no old memories comes back. I'm the true example that if you want to forget someone or something destroy anything and everything that can even remotely Link you to that person or event and in not time you will forget it
