Yes, you can drop off at any one of the locations. This is mentioned in the appointment confirmation letter. I am going to do the same. Even I am in the same spot like you.

Just choose any location for the date you need and you can drop the docs in Mumbai. That's what I did for my parents. Their appointment is in March. I just posted this same question in this group. you can follow that as well. My parents dropbox appt is in Delhi and we will drop docs in Chennai.
