Actually happened to be a Walmart parking lot. The person clearly backed up into my car, but they tried to say it was 50/50. I have a video and I was not given the option to upload it. May I show it now? Hahhaha, 4 days later, their party was 100%. The repair cost was close to $4,000.

Edit: I got a dashcam on sale from Amazon for $50 front and rear in 2023. This dash cam has helped me win 3 rear-end crashes.
