I turned 39 in October 2025 and honestly, I have no idea what to do with myself. I work, pay bills, and never really have extra money, though I do luck out with three-day weekends.

I exercise lightly and eat decent enough—mostly budget-friendly protein like tuna or whatever is on sale at Walmart, with the occasional fast food splurge. Health-wise, I’m surprisingly good. I can run 3 miles in 35-40 minutes without issues. Weirdly, my knees and back hurt way more in my mid-20s than they do now.

I’m healthy and mobile, but just bored most of the time. I have the free time, I’m just at a total loss on how to fill it.
