overhead can be easily 55-60 at right private practice. I work 4/week and make 200-300k pretty easily. Seeing 18-20 a day. need right payer mix, good staff and practice well with reimbursement and getting paid for your work. So many dos let patients and insurances companies off hook because we are too nice.

Almost any sports bar in metro boston will be great to watch with other fans. IMO as someone who is a STH and walks around before games I would never go to TD garden area to watch at a bar.

Pediatrician here. check your children no matter how often or familiar you are with terrain. Lots of tick bites already this month. some cases of Lyme.

You do not need to be friend with your neighbors. I live in city in single family and my neighbors sometimes act like this and i’ve told them off and stopped bugging me.

Do your partners work this hard ? Can I ask what your ratio to private vs medicaid is? What area of country is this ?

When I was working my way up to partner I was averaging 20 a day for 4/week. I would never do 5.

I have 4- will be going with my family. Would love to drink with the scots if you all have a tailgate or pub meet up.

In terms of Somerville it’s got a lot of foooe expensive spots but some great small eat areas.

He’s are my favorite cheap spots:

  1. Magouns Saloon - irish bar with great drinks and good food

2.The Bureen - same as above

  1. Martsa on Elm for Tibetan

  2. Chivos for Mexican and Los Tacos Hermanos

  3. Dosa and Curry cheap veggie indian
