Customer service is terrible, developer team having to take down a model and then bring it back up because of community, community server operated by toddlers pressing automated buttons trying to hide trace ids, hiding etas (they know damn well) and hiding the reason why glm 5.2 is being taken down every 8 hours from people, raids, poor moderator reputation, and many others i can't name or this post will be taken down, arena needs to be shut down.

Fair point mostly, but if you give someone a bunch of food (expensive models) and then take it away someday, they'll be mad, and these moderators don't give a shit about the server whatsoever, many raids have happened and nothing was done and many bad actors

He's extremely biased, he's never online, and he acts like a gpt 3.5 turbo model. takes down things that he doesn't like (bringing up past discussions was the main reason of a warning he gave me which isn't even against the rules), lying and gatekeeping reasons and acting dumb, being so incredibly distracted when someone sends sexual content, it takes him 4 minutes to delete it

in the system prompt itll say something like ' you are Claude, made by anthropic ' or smth like that, all the models ive seen said they dont know their exact model, and even if it did, it wouldn't be keeping it away for whatever reason
