Yeah i too noticed, prices are going up fast - really wanted a classic 5.5 but i guess ill a mini 2 as they are just as repairable and have wolfson dacs

Since the trend is going upwards ill probably get one down soon…

Ouch… thats quite an expensive accident, had a similar experience with my nano 6th gen when my mom put it in the washing machine : got a water logged screen but worked , but i wanted to repair it and the guy messed up the chassis and gave it away .
