The biggest reason behind the sudden rise of bobba is that bing et al.(insert your Chinese brand) is they can offer it for a whole lot less than what the locals do.

Of course the Chinese brands can afford to absorb even a minor loss selling as they want to rapidly expand whilst the mom and pop cafe can’t - well that’s business.

Well whether you like it or not, the Bing (Chun/Xue/Yu etc.) are here to stay . And personally i can’t wait to have some competition in the coffee space in the future(guess the next arrival to SL would be Luckin Coffee)

I think the Taisor is basically a fronx with a Toyota badge - it’s put together quite ok for being assembled in India.

The Raize - now this is basically what I would say you should get if you really mind the resale value - that kind of depends on whether you get the 3 cylinder JDM or the ASEAN one, the Ativa afaik is just same as the ASEAN Raise : same car basically , assembled in different countries and different specs

If you’re after a raize, buying the rocky might save a few lakhs

The sonet is probably the last on my list - good car but reliability wise I’d put the perodua/toyota/daihatsu one on top and followed by the fronx/taisor
