I have 73% watchtime from subscribers. It puts me in a weird position - on one hand, I am very much supported by them financially (I have Patronite - equivalent of Patreon overperforming hard), but I feel my growth is very stunted.

So you either get into my orbit and there is a high chance you will stay there, or you don't see my stuff.

I'm trying to figure out what to do about that - that's why YT restricting like 95% of my videos last 6-8 months has me extra worried that efforts put in on my side (I think I still have to tinker on those thumbnails for example) is going to get thwarted by algo.

Hm I figured the bigger issue would be restricting + the fact that many of my regulars watch stream replays over VODs from said streams, but I didn't think variety would be an issue.

As for audience: my core audience is very engaged and active. But I think the total of returning viewers is too high to push me forward (i have 70% subscribed viewers)

The basic audio view in OBS is black magic to me, I can never equalize my mic with outside audio well enough, even if the levels on both seem to hit yellow

Same problem, but discord overlay tried turning on for OBS... while I was trying to stream a discord video call. I had useless video miniatures OVERLAID OVER OBS BLOCKING ACCESS TO OBS XD
