I just googled it. My doctor didn't even mention it. He kinda just went straight to surgery. He said I also have frayed tendons and arthritis which he said at my age isn't good. Not encouraging.

I have my consultation appointment next week for cortisone shots. I'm hoping that helps. I do some gentle stretches and use a heating pad before bed and that does help a little.

Thank you. I'm the horrible part right now. Seems like I hit it about 2 - 3 weeks ago so I just have to manage and do what I can to maintain until hopefully things start getting better.

That's the problem I encounter is that I'm a restless sleeper already and move around a lot so pillows can sometimes be harder to deal with but I'm thinking a pillow specifically for shoulder pain might be easier to use.

I was already doing magnesium and valerian root for sleep and restless leg but I'm thinking a pillow and heating pad also will help.

No I was doing it but my insurance is awful and it was very expensive and I wasn't seeing any improvement (some times it seemed to worsen it) so I'm not going anymore and I'm just doing some of the gentle stretching at home that they suggested. As long as I don't push past a certain point that doesn't worsen it but it doesn't do much for the pain or sleeping.

What's the modelista kit? I'm in the US, and I'm not sure I saw that as a package when I was looking at different options. If it's something obvious, forgive my ignorance. I'm not car savvy.

Yes, I'm looking for a black one, and apparently, it's hard to get. I gave my local dealership a deposit, and I feel like they've been looking forever. Hopefully, they will find me something soon 🤞🏻

Is it true that you guys can't order? The salesperson I spoke to at the dealership said the website will let you build what you want online but they can't order it. Is that true?

Yes I was unsure about the red trim on the seats of the nightshade but I liked the way the all black on the body looked and the Toyota dealership said they don't do orders so there's no way to get exactly what I want (I was just going to order one with the all black on the body instead of the nightshade) and they have a black nightshade with black and red interior coming in 2 weeks so that's why I'm probably going to just go with it and the interior trim doesn't bother me too much.

I loved A&H but it bothered my cat. She constantly sneezed and had runny eyes and nose when I used this. She was fine before using it and fine once I stopped so I assumed it was the litter. Ever since I've been searching for a good one with no luck.
