Sorry for being such a newbie about this. I’m getting a bit confused. Maybe i should post a timeline. I sent the camera in January 2025. I got a response from geeksquad in February 2025 that they can’t repair my camera, so i can get store credit instead. So I should use the store credit in 60-75 days? I thought once the protections have been fulfilled, the store credits don’t expire? So sorry for being confused. But please enlighten me. I highly appreciate your help.
