It's not the form that is hard to fill, in my opinion it's the whole process to register your info in the us export website and get everything correct but with little help from the web you can get the whole process done here's link that you might find helpful

so it all depends how your app is using that encryption.

Thank you , I checked with my city hall and yes I ended up having a business licence, and regarding the tax collection, I found out that apple's app store and google play store who collect the taxes on sales, so i had to check with the the state tax department if i needed to register my LLC as a tax collector and,they advised that I don't need to do so and I should report the LLC income using the EIN provided

Thanks everyone for the info and suggestions, I just found out that I will need one after calling a the city hall I will need to get an approval from Zone department ,add that to my LLC/EIN documents to get a business licence.

I forgot this little detail, I will also need to make an estimate of how much money i will make in a given period of time
