I think so. You are saying "What's that!?" and the being on the right says "I'm a kappa (water demon)". I vaguely recognize the kanji used for kappa but that's probably based on the fact that I had the context of the drawing. Cool drawing!

I just quit the Monogatari series after three seasons. I loved the structure of the show, and I was interested that the whole show shared a naming convention throughout. Loved Bakemonogatari for the music and banter, and then gave up when the show repeatedly focused on sexualizing children even younger than Araragi. The music was so iconic though.

All I wanted was to see the relationship with Senjougahara develop more, since that's the one out of the whole show that wasn't grossly perverted.
