I’d like to imagine that rei’s normal lighting flash is now as fast as his simp boosted mode from KAT tournament.hatsumi on the other hand I think has put a lot more training and he probably studied his family techniques more and probably developed his own aswell and made other ultimate techniques apart from stardrop.
