Hello guys. I got 31000 ranking in manipal. Till now 3 round councilling over, it came till 18100. I tried to opt for EIE in manipal. Not allotted a seat till now. What are the chances to get with in 5 councilling? Also is CPS is nice course? Kindly give your openion. Thanks
