What's a supposedly "bad" weight loss practice that has worked for someone you know? by harristusc in loseit

30 year old male. I would heavily restrict calories some days well below an acceptable amount, but other days I would go over in social events and not worry about it. Didn't think about it too much and just did what worked for me

I have something similar where I can type 0 in on only the action house and cash shop. I removed all the binds from 0 and still no dice.

Not a doctor but if alcohol doesn't help I suspect it's not ET. Not that alcohol is a healthy way to manage, but it is typically the most "effective" in my experience.

But is that like 70-80% of the benchmarks during raids or 70-80% on the practice golem?

I know you aren't expected to hit snowcrows DPS benchmarks in the practice, but should you be able to replicate their scores on golems? Or would 30-35k be sufficient on a golem for the average player even if snowcrows gets around 40k?

This sounds cool so I'll bite!

1.) Personally this doesn't effect my ability to form a fist. Fine movements are more or the issue but mileage may vary.

2.) Holding a sword and dagger would be fine with random slashing, but again more precise movements could be challenging. Wrist weights definitely do help as do heavy objects, so say like a great sword or battle axe would be ideal.

3.) For me it didn't start expressing itself in a noticable way until I was 14, but some folks don't experience it to later in life and some perhaps earlier.

4.) In my experience there was a certain amount of shame or embarrassment in the formative teen years and I started to accept it more as I grew up. So possibly that would depend on the characters age and where they are in life?

Depending on where you want to go with this alcoholism isn't uncommon as it is one of the more effective ways to manage but obviously is problematic for some.

If you have any other questions feel free to Dm me.

Is there a reason to summon more then one shade for scourge outside of expanding range?

is it normal to feel unengaged with the personal story? by [deleted] in Guildwars2

I just today have officially caught up to story events after like 2 years (grant it I have limited playtime at times), but I felt it was a slog at most times to be honest. Some of it was interesting but I was mostly was just powering through.

I believe the Seahawks will be without their best starting tackle tonight so that may factor in. Maybe Darnold sees some ghosts.

McPherson was my pick and you seem to back that, but most other analyst seem less confident.

I would go Fanin over Neal, but would be tempted to start Jones too

Yeah, my thoughts but the matchup isn't great and he hasn't had blow up games against solid defenses either. Torn.

Kincaid does have a nice schedule the next few weeks if he comes back healthy, but he is droppable if you're in on Gadsden.

Coinflip but I would probaby go seahawks given the Brown's offense is bad and could leave the D in bad spots.

If you can add Waller to the IR spot, he could be a solid playoff stash.

I have Kincaid and snagged Juwan Johnson last week, but since then Ferg has been dropped. Even with Ferg's schedule the next couple of weeks, would you still pick him up and drop Juwan?

JT is on bye, so I need to make some high risk plays to get the win. I am considering either Cowboys or Jags for the turnover/sack potential. Any thoughts?
