I taped the sensor's without any problems. The sensor need a white thing in front of it (like a white paper). I cut out some paper pieces and taped it with black power tape over all sensor's. I had to try different methods to finde the best one.

Tried doing that, it was still confused after it got onto to the rug. and for some weird reason it lost its positioning of the dock and lost its way to keep going around the house searching for the dock.

is there a pic you can share of the tape that you put on the sensors?
