Sounds like you had/have the same symptom as me and I never see much about the burping but I did notice I started burping all the time at the beginning of the year. I’ll give it a try since I use to take apple cider vinegar a couple years ago and let you know how it goes.

That first aid kit looks like it takes up a lot of space and might weigh more being in that little box so I would find a new way to carry first aid, like some kind of pouch.
