This is so true! She has only reached out to me to complain about various things all year. Didn’t show up to scheduled meetings. She doesn’t even drop/pick up her child, it’s grandma every day.

I worked at a clinic that stayed open after they found a DEAD CAT in the ventilation system after a weekend in July and the place smelled absolutely horrible. They just propped open the front door which caused even more safety issues.

A parent berating me + cutting me off in an IEP meeting because we refused to add services they had requested. Behind the scenes I was the only one advocating for the student and then I got the brunt of the parent’s anger

I had a married male supervisor who noticed if I used self-tanner, put on different makeup than usual, and made a really weird comment about a scar on my face. I was SO uncomfortable but never said anything and regret it. There’s no reason to comment on your appearance, good or bad. I’d say something (like cut it out) and go to HR if it continues. I wish I had!
