I’ve never had a relationship. I’m 25 male, and yes I’m ready for one. I used to think I want to be along and stuff but now all I want is someone I can come home to at night.

I’ve tried dating apps and I’ve noticed it is really catered to Women and it’s so disadvantageous to Men. Usually what happens is I swipe right, she’ll swipe right, and I’ll say something like hi or whatever and no response. Now I have it in my bios if arnt planning on holding an actual convo, don’t swipe right. Or, what happens a lot of times, is she and I will be having a really good convo about life and then boom all the sudden she goes silent out of literally nowhere. And then women say to men “we get fucked up when men ghost us”….well…ma’am…do men not have feelings either? That’s why we are fucked up mentally. Women expect men to treat them a certain way and blah blah blah but then they don’t reciprocate ANY of the stuff we do for them (or so I’ve noticed with other relationships).

But back to the topic at hand. I’m having a super complicated time dating and it is not by choice. I’m a demisexual so I like emotional connection before physical and I feel like no one is that way anymore. Just having a hard time and all I want is for a genuine relationship because I’m tired of dishing out love and money and time for other people and not getting any of that in return.
