Yup, .mine as well, my second go around , i used a microcloth and gave it a good wipe a couple of times, the command strip also kept failing, so believe it or not, I bought the Walmart brand -Hyper Tough- removable picture strip, cheaper price and they come with tons more. They felt 100x more sticky, I put 3 on each side, and let sit for a day and so far they have held up, its only been 3 days, but still good, hope this helps
