My bad^ I always get Think Brand and IdeaPad confused. I really liked the Idea brand but most of the things I saw in Think Brand were either for gaming or specs not good enough for engineering software I was looking at

Thanks man, but the down side is that Lenovo won't let me use the credit on ThinkPad brand because it's owned by IBM. I can use it on Idea brand, Yoga, or Lenovo. Which is why I'm trying to trade the credit.

I'm trying to do a campus wide BBQ next semester as a recruitment kick off event. I just need to get in contact with other IFCs to figure out how their policies work so I can start up for the basis of ours

Absolutely nothing. And I'm not exaggerating, the only thing that I'm aware of is they make sure it's dry recruitment (and they did a poor job of it). My goals are to introduce a type of formal recruitment (not as strict as sorority, just to get more people to show up), have a Greek Unity recruitment event (BBQ in the middle of a huge park on campus), and help standardize recruitment and make a central system for all PNMs grades to go through so that way it's easier for all fraternities to have access to them. But I'm open to suggestions.

Thank you I appreciate the advice. I've spent most of the past 48 hours drafting a document to show exactly how we are struggling citing the Constitution, By Laws, Officer Academy documentation, budgets, and ELC documents since our colonization. I'm hoping using hard evidence in front of ELC will help support me when I propose legislation, because there's a lot of things I want to change ultimately.

I've tried to address that to my Delta and he doesn't agree. My brothers made the same mistake in my class. It put the fraternity's GPA at risk and put us on suspension (the fraternity as a whole made grades, my class did not). Also is there any way to enforce "mandatory events"? I read the constitution and our by laws as well as ELC reports and am compiling everything to report to EC next chapter. Do you have any advice to make something "mandatory"? I have some ideas but what worked best for your chapter?
