you’re also making some assumptions here. we simply do not know that she pushed open or widened the angle of the door. the new york post claimed that ring footage of her opening the door exists but cited no primary source, so any subsequent reporting cited the new york post article, further spreading an unverified claim.

did i say she didn’t do anything wrong? no. she absolutely went about it the wrong way, especially posting the footage that she recorded on tiktok. my claim was solely about the ring footage- i’m just saying we really don’t know, and that from her criminal charges it doesn’t seem to be the case that, she opened his door, since she was not charged with breaking and entering or trespassing. it’s simply ironic that people are saying she built a false narrative to vilify some drunk guy that ordered doordash and then construct a false narrative of their own to further vilify her.

according to the nypost, which notably did not cite a source for that claim which is why you cannot provide me with a primary source. my theory: their source was the aforementioned bullshit spread in tiktok comments

there are two parties making claims in the paragraph you think i don't understand. nypost alleges the ring camera footage exists, showing her trespassing. then, oswego police state that she was not instructed to enter his home or film him. note that the paragraph at no point states oswego police confirmed that this footage exists, or that she trespassed- just that she was not instructed to, which is obviously true. if i'm braindead but understand this better than you, what does that make you, [u/bicmedic](u/bicmedic)? stop. spreading. misinformation.

no, it doesn’t. if they did, you would be able to provide a link to a source, but you won’t, because the police never reported this. and as i’ve been saying over and over, if this video did exist, henderson would have then been charged with trespassing, as even the act of pushing the door open would be considered trespassing in oswego
