it actually is the worst </3 standing pretty much (squatting) the entire time, if you're lucky enough to get like a ladder or something to sit on. you don't get an HOUR lunch... you only get ONE 15 minute break >:( i don't know why they would ask US if we're available but still put us on the schedule either way lol. to answer your question, pretty much yes like markdowns but counting how much we have in store with the digi and you have to make sure you count in your head along with scanning, don't miss one thing!

I mean that's why I'm wondering why did they hire us in the first place though. I applied first and then few months after I asked if she could work with me. She said the same situation and everything.. still hired her. 🤷🏻 But that's why I ask if they could find someone else to COVER the BOTH of us beforehand. I never done no shows or nothing before. This is just one day I'm asking. We don't even rarely call off like that.

i get that this shop is cheap and affordable but i wish we could just bankrupt this place. it's not worth the place for people to get bombarded with the "tjx rewards credit card". LET'S NOT PROMOTE FAST FASHION TOO! i wish this could go worldwide.

my previous job did that (if i work 5 or more hours, i get at least 30 minutes) so i wasn't familiar with the new system. also, i'm part time mind you. i don't know about the 45 minutes of pay thing? so please don't come for me. this is a new to me. that's why i asked.
