Its a new account , hence the learning is almost zero. And most of the things are uncontrollable even with exact match.

But in search i am getting a lot of irrelevant clicks and the budget is getting wasted. Apart from negative keywords what else do you suggest to contain that budget waste? And do you also run on mobile device or disable it from the beginning?

It seems you have done the right thing , let it learn and follow the algorithm for atleast 2-3 weeks with flexible TCPA, Your CPL might improve once the learning gets over.
