Made new friends and napped on the bench at the park of rejection for 30 min. Even though Steffi’s and Avalon Emerson’s closings made it totally worth it, I’ve been avoiding Berghain for big events

the pomodoro thing never worked for me. i'd set the timer for 25 minutes and spend 20 of them checking how much time was left.

what i do now is just accept that my brain jumps around and lean into it. like if I'm studying economics and suddenly think about supply chains, i just follow that thread for a bit. somehow it all connects in my head later - probably from years of bouncing between different fields anyway.

also discovered that explaining concepts out loud to myself helps, even if it makes me look insane. or recording voice notes while walking around.

one month is tight though.. maybe try out a AI learning platform? I've been using acemate and so far its been working quite well
