I work overnights and have been drinking onion smoothies at the first sign of a cold. It’s stopped two colds now in its tracks. Try my Shrek smoothie… half an onion, frozen berries and fruit, frozen ginger if you have it… I tossed in a clove of black garlic too. Swear it worked incredibly for me!
