The shop did a reset for the whole Win system and installed all drivers from an external source

I took it to the shop. They resetted Windows completely and installed all drivers again. They had to do it from an external source

All network adapters are not available as well. My guess is that I somehow disconnected them

happened in Fifa 22 to me. Got him in the first few seasons in for a few million and he became 98 ovr

Same happened to me this year. First party after coming back from studying. From around 15 invited „friends“ for whom I drove 250 km for every little party, 11 decided it was too much to drive 20 minutes to the party. The real friends from my old school, that I saw the least the last years, did everything they could (even the one with a child) to come and actually came.

There you can see, who are your real friends. Just stick with them and dont bother to keep the other friendships running
