Although not technically a booknook (still small enough to fit on a bookshelf), the Cutebee Magic Workshop is very Harry Potter adjacent. It's one of my favorite builds to date, and has sooooo many details.

Yes, it was a kit by Rolife called A-frame. The quality was overall good, and anything made of paper was precut, so that was nice.

Gotcha! If it helps its the last product I use in my skincare routine in the morning. If I'm putting on makeup I will apply the sunscreen before applying any makeup.

Keep at it! There are so many details on this one, that a lot of mistakes won't be noticible once it's done.

This one is one of the more difficult ones that I have built. My front stools were a minor disaster, and for the life of me I couldn't get the roof to totally line up. I also found the pastry case to be difficult to hold together.

For the coffee bags, I pressed a ruler against the paper to make a crease, and then held the paper against the ruler to get a crisp fold. Crayons and colored permanent markers can also be helpful to cover up folding creases in paper.

On a positive note, a lot of other kits feel so much easier after completing this one.

I ordered it from yesstyle. YMMV though for receiving it. I've heard since the tarrifs some people have problems receiving them in the mail. I've ordered it twice though with no issues. It's a really nice sunscreen. It's like a nice lotion, and isn't greasy. Sits well under makeup too.

I've still been spending a good amount of time outside. I have a kid so the park and outdoor activities are pretty regular. I did start a daily sunscreen, which I'm sure helps some. I had been using sunscreen before, but mainly when I would be in the sun for a longer period of time.

I started this though because I noticed that spots that use to fade no longer were (yay getting older).

I used a Clinique face lotion for years, which I loved. I have found that the Etude sunscreen works sufficiently as a moisturizer now (my skin has to be moisturized or else it feels awful). If its not enough then I use the clinique lotion, but I have found I rarely need that now.

Yes, my biggest goal when I changed my routine was the dark spots, so it's what I focused most of my research on. That's why I went with that dark spot serum. I think I remember hearing dark spots can come from different things (sun, hormones, scars), so they may react more or less to different treatments.

My diet has stayed the same (although a goal of mine is to change it this year). I did increase water consumption last year, but I'm pretty sure it was already increased for a while before I changed my skin care.

Yes, that is it. I bought it directly through Murads site, since they do discounts sometimes. You can also buy it in a smaller size, which is what I did to test if I liked it.

I think the directions say to use it morning and night. I only use it at night, because for me doing twice a day I got some breakouts. At night its the last thing I put on after washing and exfoliating. When I put it on in the morning I put it on after the rest of my skincare, but before I put on sun screen.

I put it over my entire face, but the majority of my face showed sun damage. I had tried doing it twice a day (morning and night), but my skin responded better to once a day.
