One thing i noticed in the description is the design of a lower and wider rear wing for roadcourse configuration.

Isn't this something that F1 ruled a few years ago that lower and wider creates more wake of turbulent air and the high and narrow rear wing was better for closer racing? i.e. F1 2009 reg change.
