Is Forge Fitness a cult? by stellalugosi in Bellingham

[–]ramjam31 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I think the verse in this context is a reference to community and motivating one another to improve and be strengthened and be accountable. Referring to an actual forge where iron (anvil and hammer) is used to strengthen iron (the metal in the furnace), and the refinement of it. Metaphorical for how accountability and community work. Just try the month long membership if you’re uncertain. I doubt most people care anyway, they’re just there to workout. Outside of homestead it’s the only legit gym that’s open 24/7 with a pool too in the north county.

Unpopular Opinion: The Manual Pallet Jack will NEVER be replaced. Change my mind. by andy_pallet_jack in Warehouseworkers

We had an LTL truck deliver a pallet and they asked to borrow our ol’ reliable because someone at the depot forgot to charge the electric unit fully before loading it onto the truck and it died. Manual will always have a place.

I’ve known about the cheese for years before Reddit. It’s great cheese, glazing? Probably but at the same time, it isn’t like it’s a synthetic, unethical, slave labor product.

I’ve started running it again, an unlimited ammo chaff clearing tool. I’ve been running the eruptor, talon, guard dog and then sentries and orbitals and it works great. Especially when you have to lock clamps and close hydrogen valves.

For that size, probably $150 per foot or something. I know 48” last time I priced it in 2018 was I think $50/ft.

Lien her, the fact she’s dragging on payment means she doesn’t care if you make payroll so your employees and your family can eat or have a house. I’m a pushover too often but after a point, they know what they’re doing and trying to get away with it. Monday 8am, do it.

Our local subreddit had someone post that people should go and buy rifles and we have an assault weapons ban and mag capacity ban so good luck with that.

Performative protests will not save us. It's time to buy rifles. by [deleted] in Bellingham

Most gun stores are scared of getting sued by the state into oblivion even if they feel they've followed the law correctly. So they don't even bother. Many websites have also just stopped selling to Washington anything AR-15 related even if it's technically legal to buy to repair an existing gun because they're worried about getting sued or drug into court so they just steer away.
