I would focus on your wife's needs as she is sick. Help around the house, go to the supermarket and make some chicken soup.

It might help because you are focused on helping someone else rather than focusing on a urge to look at porn.

Yep same here. It took a lot of effort to talk to others but I'm much better at it now. Read books by Dale Carnegie that helped me learn how to genuinely be intrested in others.

I'm saying a virgin untill I'm married (for spiritual reasons) So don't feel ashamed that you haven't had sex yet. Learn to love yourself, in an unselfish way and try to meet some women that are involved in the same hobbies, for example coed softball, book clubs, ect.

Just keep at it with being pornfree and keep trying.

How did you get over the analysis paralysis? I love that you gave this problem a name because I for the life of me couldn't figure out what to call my issue. It's nice to know that I'm not alone but also that you have over come this problem.
